These terms govern your use of Collide Lancer, the website and the mobile app, operated by Collide Middle East. By creating an account or using the website or the app, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, and must be legally able to enter contracts in your country.
Using the marketplace
Collide Lancer connects clients with service providers. We are a platform, not a party to the agreements between users. You are responsible for the work you post, accept or deliver, and for agreeing scope and payment with the other party. Listings must be lawful, accurate and your own to offer.
Prohibited conduct
No illegal services, fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, or attempts to bypass safety measures. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content (such as abusive, sexual, violent or hateful material) and for abusive users.
Links and advertising
Don’t post links to outside websites or apps anywhere on Collide Lancer: in jobs, services, your profile, messages or reviews. The only exception is links to your own work in your profile’s portfolio.
Don’t advertise or promote another platform, marketplace, group or business, and don’t ask anyone to move the conversation or the deal off Collide Lancer.
Messages
Messages are for work. Don’t send unwanted personal messages, and don’t ask anyone for their phone number, WhatsApp or social accounts before you agree a deal. Contact details are shared automatically once a deal is accepted, and messages that ask for or share them before then aren’t sent.
To protect people, there is a daily limit on how many new people you can message. An account that sends the same message to many people, or that several people report or block, is paused from starting new conversations until our team reviews it. The team reads only the messages that triggered the review.
Moderation and enforcement
Collide Lancer is moderated 24/7. Our team reviews jobs, services, profiles and reports around the clock. When something breaks these terms, including outside links or advertising other platforms, we take it down and tell you what to fix and by when. If you fix it in time, we can put it back up. Serious or repeated violations, or not fixing it in time, can result in the job, the service or the whole account being permanently taken down.
Reports and blocking
You can report any listing, profile or message, and block anyone, on the website or in the app. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours, removes content that breaks these rules and suspends the accounts behind it.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Collide Middle East is not liable for the conduct of users or the outcome of any engagement arranged through the platform.
