In the app
Open Dashboard, then Settings, scroll to “Deactivate or delete your account” and tap “Delete account”.
On the website
Log in, open Settings and choose “Delete account”.
What happens
Your account is hidden straight away. After 30 days your profile, photos, listings, chats, reviews and contact details are deleted for good. Logging in before then cancels the deletion. Overall statistics that can’t identify you (such as how many jobs were posted on a day) are not linked to you and stay.
Can’t log in?
Email privacy@collideme.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days.
