These terms govern your use of Collide Lancer, operated by Collide Middle East. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be legally able to enter contracts in your country.

Using the marketplace

Collide Lancer connects clients who need work done with people offering services. We are a platform, not a party to the agreements between users. You are responsible for the work you post, accept or deliver, and for agreeing terms, scope and payment directly with the other party. Listings must be lawful, accurate and your own to offer.

Prohibited conduct

No illegal services, fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, or attempts to bypass safety and security measures. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that break these rules.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Collide Middle East is not liable for the conduct of users or the outcome of any engagement arranged through the platform.
